More bananas and fewer crisps can help ward off strokes, say scientists



Eat more bananas - cut potato chips - can prevent tens of thousands of stroke death, researchers say.
The fruit is rich in potassium, helps to reduce the level of blood pressure, reducing salt intake of snacks such as potato chips.
